These imposters have engaged in a variety of fraudulent activity, including falsifying documentation purporting to be issued by Garda, impersonating Garda, and creating fake employee names to solicit investments on behalf of Garda. Garda manages private investment funds that are not offered to the general public. Please be aware that Garda does not solicit, and will not accept, investments from the general public. Any such solicitations, including via social media platforms or messaging apps such as Facebook Chat and Telegram, are fake.
